A Dallas-based firm has secured land to build high-tech hotels as part of a massive mixed-use district that includes a convention center and stadium in Mansfield, outside of Fort Worth.
House of Tangram, a hotel development company, secured 30 acres of land within the 100-acre, $2.5 billion Staybolt Street District along Toll Road 360 in Mansfield, the company announced July 31. That district is being anchored by a sports stadium that would seat 7,000 people and host a professional soccer team owned by the Hunt family, called the North Texas Soccer Club.
