HOUSTON (KIAH) - Finding a job can be tough. It becomes a job itself, trying to get people to look at your resume or even consider you for an interview. If you're right out of college and looking for work, it becomes even tougher. Now, there's a way that you can get an edge.

I sat down with Laura Denson, founder of "The Graduate" Consulting Firm, and a seasoned recruiting industry professional. She said she found ways that can help you find the job you are looking for.

"Well, I noticed that the Gen Z, specifically group was having a hard time finding jobs.," said Denson. "So one of the things that the graduate does is I teach them essentially how to outsmart the competition, how to find the jobs that are not listed online."
