Trump says a THREAT was made when asked why US nuclear submarines were moved towards Russia

Trump took questions from reporters on Friday, August 1 before departing the White House. When asked why U.S. nuclear submarines were moved closer to Russia, Trump said “a threat was made, we didn’t think it was appropriate, so I have to be very careful … a threat was made by a former president of Russia and we’re going to protect our people.”
