ROCKLAND, Maine — The Rockland Police Department arrested five people for OUIs and drug-related offenses Friday night, according to a social media post from the police.

Four people were arrested for OUIs, with one facing an additional charge for possession of crack cocaine and fentanyl, the post showed. Another was arrested and charged for possession of crack cocaine and fentanyl.

The police warned against mixing drugs or alcohol with driving. Additional officers will be on patrol for OUIs Saturday night, funded as part of a grant by the Maine Bureau of Highway Safety.
