MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - The Memphis Police Department reported that a man has been arrested on multiple charges Saturday evening.

On July 15, MPD’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Material containing child sexual abuse was uploaded by an IP address in the 10 block of McLean Boulevard.

The account used to complete the upload belonged to 34-year-old Justin Wynn.

The video contained material of Wynn making sexual contact with minors.

Later on July 28, Wynn was taken into custody and charged with the following:

Especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor

Aggravated Sexual Battery

Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

Wynn is being held in the Shelby County Jail on a $150,000 bond and is due i
