Sought-after college prospect Myson Johnson-Cook, who grew up in Decatur and began his high school career at MacArthur, has transferred again.
Johnson-Cook, a junior, announced on his Instagram account he was transferring to East St. Louis.
Johnson-Cook, a 6-foot-3, 203-pound running back/linebacker ranked by some recruiting services as a 5-star recruit, played last season at DeSoto High School in Texas, rushing for 911 yards on 10.4 yards per carry and scoring 15 total TDs. DeSoto finished 11-3.
