DA Cruden charges Avalon Pier shooting suspect with First Degree Murder

First Prosecutorial District DA Jeff Cruden tells the Voice that he is charging the suspect in the July 31 Avalon Pier shooting that killed one and wounded another with First Degree Murder. The identity of the suspect has not yet been revealed by Kill Devil Hills authorities.
