DURANT, Okla. — A North Texas man won $1 million at Choctaw Casino & Resort, as part of the casino's 3 months, 3 millionaires promotion.

Tarek, whose last name was not released, is a father of three from The Colony, according to a press release from Choctaw Casino & Resort. He is the last of three people to win $1 million as part of the promotion.

“It’s amazing,” Tarek said, according to the release. “I’ve never had a feeling like it before. I’m still in shock. I had a feeling about tonight. I came in to play a little bit, only come for a couple of hours, but it ended up being the right time.”

Tarek comes to the Durant casino twice a week, the release states. He plans to pay off his mortgage and invest the rest of his winnings, he said.
