HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM)-- A Harrisburg man was arrested Monday morning after allegedly intentionally assaulting a victim with his vehicle over the weekend.

The Harrisburg Bureau of Police arrested Robert Macklin Jr., 39, on August 4 for his alleged involvement in an incident on Saturday, August 2.

Police alleged Macklin intentionally struck a man with his vehicle in the area of South 13th and Evergreen Streets after a verbal altercation.

Police said the victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Macklin has been charged with simple assault and aggravated assault, according to court documents.
