Abbott threatens to expel Texas House Democrats who don't return for redistricting vote

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott threatened to remove House Democrats from office if they don't return to the state for a vote over congressional map redistricting. Democratic lawmakers fled to Illinois, trying to delay the vote. CBS News' Hunter Woodall has more details.
