GLENBURN, Maine — Authorities are continuing to investigate a violent incident in Glenburn that led to a police pursuit, multiple arrests, and the disappearance of a family’s dog.
On Sunday, Aug. 3, at approximately 3:10 p.m., the Penobscot Regional Communications Center received reports of shots fired on Danforth Drive in Glenburn, the Penobscot County Sheriff's Office said in a social media post .
The homeowner reported that several masked individuals had fired gunshots and caused significant damage to her car and residence. No injuries were reported inside the home, according to officials.
