WHITE COUNTY, Ill. (WSIL) -- An autopsy has been scheduled for a man whose body was recently found in a southern Illinois river.

The White County Sheriff's Department stated their dispatch received a call about an overturned truck in the Wabash River at 9:45 a.m. on August 1. This was about one mile south of the New Harmony Bridge.

Crews from the White County Sheriff's Department responded to check the vehicle The Shawneetown Dive Team and IDNR Conservation also responded.

The sheriff's office reported the Shawneetown Dive Team members found a man deceased in the vehicle.

The man was identified as Robert Duvall of Crossville.

The White County Coroner's Office has not determined a cause of death at this time, however, Sheriff Jordan Weiss said no foul play is suspected. An autopsy has
