President Donald Trump is thrilled about Sydney Sweeney ’s “great jeans” — and the revelation that the Emmy-nominated actor is a registered Republican.

“Sydney Sweeney, a registered Republican, has the ‘HOTTEST’ ad out there. It’s for American Eagle , and the jeans are ‘flying off the shelves.’ Go get ‘em Sydney!” Trump wrote Monday on Truth Social. Trump seemingly became aware of the growing debacle surrounding Sweeney and her controversial American Eagle denim campaign on Sunday. During a press gaggle with reporters Trump was asked about reports that Sweeney was a registered Republican.
