The former IAC automotive plant in Strasburg has been sold and is now being actively marketed for new industrial use.
A trio of companies — Shockey Realty Company, Green Industrial Realty II, and WSK Next Gen Partners — jointly acquired the property on June 26, according to land records filed in Shenandoah County Circuit Court. The sale includes nine parcels and more than 430,000 square feet of industrial building space spread across four structures along East Queen Street.
Although ownership is shared, Shockey is taking the lead in marketing the property and coordinating with Shenandoah County officials to find a new tenant.
