ASHBURN, Va. — Coaching matters, and Washington Commanders head coach Dan Quinn has told us that he and his entire staff spent a portion of the offseason improving themselves and each other.
After all, a coaching staff that is unwilling to improve can’t very well ask the Commanders’ roster to do so when they report for offseason activities, can they?
Defensive coordinator Joe Whitt Jr. is among those coaches who spent part of the offseason getting better , and he told us Monday he has a new approach to how he does his job for Washington heading into 2025.
