GEORGETOWN, S.C. (WCSC) - More than three years after deputies found two people shot dead at a home off U.S. Highway 17 in Georgetown, the man accused of firing the gun is on trial for their murders.

Ronnie Legrand Todd Jr. is facing murder and weapons charges in the deaths of John Ashley Altman, 44, and Emily Elizabeth Richitelli, 30. The shooting happened on July 21, 2022.

For the past three years, Richitelli’s mother, Ann Stewart, has been vocal about the pain of losing her daughter.

“It’s horrible. I wouldn’t wish it on Satan,” Stewart says.
