BEREA — Shedeur Sanders was back on the practice field for the Browns Aug. 4 . That was known before the team even took the field.

The source? Sanders himself.

"I'm well, I'm well," Sanders said prior to the Browns' 10th training camp practice . "I'm back at practice today, so I'm thankful."

Sanders was held out of team drills Aug. 2, the last time Cleveland held a training camp practice. He complained about soreness in his throwing arm while going through individual work, and was shut down for the rest of practice.

The Browns had Aug. 3 off, giving Sanders a chance to rest the arm. He did acknowledge that it wasn't the first time in his career he'd dealt with some kind of arm soreness.
