Browns resting most starters vs Panthers. Here's the list

Here's the 90-minute announcement of Browns players who are not expected to play against the Panthers in tonight's NFL preseason game .

As expected, it's almost all of Cleveland's veteran starters/reserves. Some players who will play, or aren't on the list, include safety Ronnie Hickman; linebackers Devin Bush, Jerome Bakes and Carson Schwesinger; defensive ends Joe Tryon-Shoyinka, Alex Wright and Isaiah McGuire; and defensive tackle Mason Graham.
