LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — Henderson police are investigating an incident in the southeast valley Monday evening.

According to officials police presence can be seen near Galleria Drive and Gibson Road.

Details are limited at this time as the investigation is ongoing.

HPD report this is an active scene and ask residents to avoid the area.
