ITV has unveiled the first glimpse of its forthcoming thriller, Coldwater . The six-part series, set to premiere this autumn, stars Andrew Lincoln of The Walking Dead fame and Indira Varma from Obsession.

Set in the fictitious Scottish village of Coldwater and filmed in and around Glasgow, the drama centres on Andrew's character John , who is plagued by disturbing events that dredge up past traumas.

John relocates his family from London to the tranquil setting of Coldwater , hoping for a peaceful existence far removed from city life. However, he struggles with his new role as a stay-at-home dad and harbours a simmering rage that threatens to disrupt his quiet life.
