WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - A new study says a majority of Americans are stressed about grocery costs.

As grocery prices continue to rise, it's becoming much more difficult to buy groceries and even harder not to be overwhelmed. A new survey done by the Associated Press shows that 53% of respondents say the cost of groceries is a "major" source of stress in their lives, while 33% say it's a "minor" source of stress.

Another study shows that in 2025, overall food prices are predicted to increase by 2.9 percent, despite President Donald Trump stating that he would lower costs if elected and that grocery prices are currently decreasing.
