The Event Center at Eagle Mountain Casino came alive on Saturday with the spirit of opportunity and inspiration as community members gathered for the first Native Futures College & Career Pathway Expo. This transformative event brought together students, families, tribal leaders, educators, and more than 30 representatives from colleges, trade programs, and professional fields, all united in the mission of supporting educational and career advancement for Native youth.
The day began with a warm welcome and blessing led by Kellie Carrillo, Fresno State Director of Tribal Relations, William Carrillo of CA Native Star, and Reagan Dozier of Porterville College.
