What started as a cheeky political-themed burger joint in small-town Texas has turned into a legal grease fire.

Trump Burger , the fast-growing chain originally launched in Bellville, Tx now finds itself caught in a web of lawsuits, landlord battles, immigration drama, and a firm slap from the Trump Organization itself.

A Burger Business Divided

Roland Beainy, who claims he owns 50% of Trump Burger LLC, filed a lawsuit in Fayette County in April, saying he paid $65,000 to co-founder Eddie Hawa (aka Iyad Abuelhawa). The deal was supposedly agreed to in January, and the money was sent in March. Hawa denies there was a formal agreement and is now counter-suing for $1 million. That case is still pending.
