A 29-year-old Kenai man was arrested Wednesday morning after allegedly stealing a truck and camper from a Chevron gas station, dragging the vehicle’s owner in the process and injuring him during a chaotic theft attempt.

According to an affidavit filed by Officer Smith of the Kenai Police Department, the incident occurred at approximately 11:17 a.m. on July 30. Wesley Little had parked his 2024 Chevrolet Silverado—valued at $60,000—and a 2020 Coachmen travel trailer—valued at $30,000—at the Chevron station on the Kenai Spur Highway while emptying sewage from the camper. The keys were left in the ignition.
