Alaska Air Group has signed a lease for a 341,938-square-foot industrial facility at 20529 24th Avenue South in SeaTac, within the IAC Commerce Center, according to a recently released market report from Kidder Mathews. The property, totaling 457,211 square feet, includes a build-to-suit office component and offers a range of modern industrial specifications. Lease rates were not disclosed.

According to the IAC Commerce Center marketing brochure, the newly leased space features a 36-foot clear height, 68 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors, and reinforced 7-inch slab flooring. The site also includes 130- to 185-foot truck courts, 40 trailer parking stalls, and 205 car parking spaces.
