The Colts plan to use training camp practices, joint practices and the three preseason games to decide between Anthony Richardson and Daniel Jones

OWINGS MILLS, Mary. — The Colts quarterback competition will start off the preseason with Anthony Richardson as the starter on Thursday night against the Ravens .

Richardson will play a quarter and a half. Daniel Jones will play half of a quarter. The plan is for Jones to start the second preseason game next Sunday against the Packers with the quarterbacks flipping playing time.
