Caitlin O'Connor is feeling the love this year.

The actress, who turned 36 on August 3, embarked on a three-week-long "birthday tour" alongside boyfriend Joe Manganiello , 48, according to a source close to the couple.

"They went to San Domenico Palace — the hotel from White Lotus season 2 in Taormina, Sicily — and then Oahu, Hawaii, for a week before spending their last week in the Florida Keys at Little Palm Resort," says the source.
