A federal lawsuit accusing former Coastal Alabama Community College officials of sexual harassment and retaliation has been unexpectedly dismissed.
Attorneys for both parties filed a joint stipulation to dismiss the case with prejudice on Monday, Aug. 5, ending all claims against the college, its former president Craig Pouncey, and former dean Vinson Bradley. No reason for the sudden dismissal was included in the court filing, and each side agreed to cover its own legal costs.
