One woman was hospitalized after a confrontation outside of a downtown Mobile club early Wednesday morning, which was sparked after another woman ran to the front of the waiting line of the establishment and bumped into an adult male by accident.

Around 12:05 a.m. Aug. 6, officers were called to Love Bistro and Lounge on Dauphin Street in response to an assault. According to a police report issued Friday morning, Santrice Shada Bullard, 37, of Mobile, rushed to the front of the line to enter the establishment and accidentally bumped into a man. Bullard was confronted by another woman over the incident, which led to a physical altercation.
