Fishermen defying MAWSS, on lake ‘pretty much every day'

There is a legal standoff happening in Mobile County over citizens’ rights and critical infrastructure. And law enforcement is stuck in the middle of the fight with little clarity.

That standoff is happening with reels, rods, lures, kayaks and boats, as outdoorsmen have been participating in a series of fishing trips in defiance of the demands of the area’s largest water provider.
