MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - The Memphis Police Department is working to identify a man who investigators say has committed numerous home burglaries in Midtown.

The latest break-in occurred Monday afternoon at a home on York Avenue between South McLean Boulevard and Rozelle Street.

Police say the burglar forced entry into the house and stole several undisclosed items.

He was captured on surveillance video, which has since been released to the public.

The suspect is also said to be responsible for more burglaries on Central Avenue and South McLean Boulevard.
