LEBANON, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man wanted out of Nashville in connection with a 2022 aggravated rape case has been arrested.

According to officials with the Lebanon Police Department and the Metro Nashville Police Department, 46-year-old Wesley Hernandez was arrested Monday night in Lebanon.

Lebanon police said Hernandez was wanted on eight charges, including two counts of rape, three counts of statutory aggravated rape, two counts of aggravated rape with a weapon and one count of continuous sexual abuse.

According to the MNPD, Hernandez was indicted on these eight charges in connection with "an ongoing 2022 agg. rape case involving a teen girl."

Lebanon police said Hernandez was taken into custody on Monday night without incident.
