AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - The 4A defending champion Randall Raiders are off to a blazing start to the 2025 Team Tennis season.

In October 2024, the Randall Raiders claimed their second state championship in three years for Team Tennis.

To finish of the school year in May 2025, the Raiders came back from the Individual Tennis tournament with two state championships: Girls Doubles & Mixed Doubles.

Now with six total starters from the boys and girls side graduated, there are some new faces for the defending champions, but head coach Darby Norman says this group has picked right up where last year left off.

“We had 3-4 freshmen in our lineup in that first match and we were playing [Midland Legacy] and I was just awestruck to be quite honest and how our kids just handled that moment,” Norman
