LARAMIE — Jay Sawvel would be the first to tell you his safeties didn’t play up to par last fall.
The second-year University of Wyoming football coach has a closer eye on the secondary than any other position. That’s because Sawvel has coached defensive backs for the majority of his career dating back to 1999.
