(Gray News) - Actress Kelley Mack, known for her role in AMC’s zombie drama “The Walking Dead,” has died.
Mack, who was born Kelley Klebenow, “passed away peacefully” on Aug. 2, in her hometown of Cincinnati, with her mother and aunt present. She was 33.
“It is with indelible sadness that we are announcing the passing of our dear Kelley,” a statement posted on her Instagram said. “Such a bright, fervent light has transitioned to the beyond, where we all eventually must go.”
According to a statement posted on CaringBridge , Mack was battling glioma of the central nervous system, a type of tumor that forms on the brain or spinal cord.
