FOREST PARK — Forest Park City Manager Ricky Clark submitted his resignation effective Aug. 4, the city officially announced Wednesday.

As the chief executive officer for Clayton County's largest municipality since May 2023, Clark oversaw numerous accomplishments and several key community initiatives, including the ONEClick Forest Park app, the city's Homeowner Maintenance Enhancements Program and the new, state-of-the-art Performance Reporting Dashboard.

Through the launch of his bold ONE Forest Park platform, Clark continued to make significant investments in areas of operational efficiency, neighborhood sustainability, and economic development, the city said in a Wednesday press release.
