FRISCO, Texas — FC Dallas announced Wednesday the permanent transfer of left back Marco Farfan to Liga MX's Club Tigres UANL.
Farfan is the second player from FC Dallas this season to join Tigres UANL, following goalkeeper Antonio Carrera.
"Dallas is a place that that I never expected to be but now, it will always be home," said Farfan. "It is a special place because of the people I've met, the fans of this club, and the people around here. The fans have made it home for me, so Dallas will always have a special place in my heart."
Farfan joined FC Dallas in 2022 after playing for LAFC, where he was traded for Ryan Hollingshead. Farfan started his MLS career for Portland Timbers, then was traded to LAFC in 2020 for $300,000.
In his stint with FC Dallas, Farfan made 121 appearances ove
