ANN ARBOR, MI — More than 23,500 Ann Arbor voters cast ballots to decide the fate of Proposals A and B for a new downtown library in the special election Tuesday, Aug. 5.

That was reported as a 29% turnout of the city’s 81,683 registered voters.
