DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The man facing charges for his alleged involvement in the death of 7-year-old Hershall Creachbaum, Jr. has filed a motion for court record restriction.
The defendant and Creachbaum’s mother’s boyfriend, Michael Kendrick, requested the court to issue an Order For No PRO Access.
This would restrict public access to the Montgomery County Clerk of Court’s Public Records Online (PRO) system for all pleadings and filings in the instant case until further order of the court.
Kendrick's counsel is arguing such restrictions are reasonable and necessary to protect his right to a fair trial, effective assistance of counsel and due process of law.
