RICHMOND — The “heartbroken” family of a man shot and killed by Richmond police on Monday said he was a U.S. Marine and a devoted father.
In a statement for an online fundraiser, the family identified the man as 27-year-old Angel Montano, of Richmond. The fundraiser seeks $10,000 for funeral expenses and had raised $8,090 by 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
