Uviedo, 26, Cicero, was arrested July 21 and charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon after officers recovered a 9mm pistol with a fully loaded extended magazine and determined he lacked a concealed-carry license during an investigation into a sleeping motorist in the 8500 block of Harlem Avenue, police said.

DEALING ALLEGED: Ramon L. Watkins, 30, Chicago, was arrested June 27 and charged with possession with intent to deliver more than 15 grams of heroin and possession with intent to deliver up to 15 grams of “crack” cocaine after officers recovered 21 grams of suspected heroin in 26 clear plastic bags, 8½
