After a month-long break, Colombia-born popstar Shakira ends the U.S. stretch of her world tour in California.

The artist known for such hits as "Hips Don't Lie" and "Waka Waka (This Time for Africa)" will begin her "Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour" with a two-city run in California starting on Aug. 3.

The rest of her tour schedule includes just three more stops in the country as of Aug. 5, with most of her tour taking her to Mexico and South America.

Starting in May, Shakira toured several U.S. cities, including Chicago, Washington, Atlanta, and Miami, USA Today previously reported . Her last performance was in Texas in July, before starting again a month later.
