The Buffalo Bills have finally run out of patience with oft-injured linebacker Baylon Spector and Wednesday morning he was designated as waived/injured.
Spector has been with the Bills since they chose him in the seventh round of the 2022 NFL Draft , but the former Clemson standout was beset by injuries almost his entire time in Buffalo.
The latest ailment was a calf injury that he suffered Monday at St. John Fisher University. He was worked on by the training staff and then went back onto the field, but shortly thereafter he went down again and that’s when he walked into the training room.
This does not necessarily mean his time with the Bills is done. They could always re-sign him when he’s healthy again, perhaps to the practice squad, but waiving him Wednesday feels like the Bill
