CHICAGO — The cost of electricity in Chicago has a city council member taking action.

36th Ward Alderman Gilbert Villegas was joined by the Clean Energy Choice Coalition Wednesday to make this announcement.

Villegas said he's introducing a resolution calling for a public hearing with ComEd. This group wants to hear from ComEd on how they determine what you owe each month. They would also like more transparency on the state of ComEd's infrastructure.
