PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) - A 24-year-old man has been found guilty in the shooting deaths of two brothers that happened in May 2023, according to the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office.

On Wednesday, a jury convicted Jobanpreet Singh of second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter, four counts of unlawful use of a weapon, and three counts of recklessly endangering another person.

The charges are connected to a deadly shooting that happened on May 3, 2023 in the 9100 block of SW Barbur Boulevard in the Multnomah neighborhood.

Shortly before 3 p.m., Jobanpreet had called 911 to report he shot two men, later identified as brothers, 33-year-old Dilrajpal Singh and 27-year-old Guriqbal Singh (no relation to Jobanpreet).
