BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Get ready to celebrate the birthday of the one and only Buck Owens at the Crystal Palace.

The party runs from Aug. 8 to 9, and the well known Crystal Palace is set to host the birthday celebration in honor of Buck.

Organizers say the weekend will be full of twang and soul while urging those interested to bring their boots and friends.
