A bipartisan 50-state coalition of U.S. attorneys general, including Virginia's Jason Miyares, on Tuesday urged the U.S. Department of Justice to assist in addressing the spread of illegal offshore gaming.
The coalition stressed the need for action to combat harm to state laws, consumers and the economy from an unprecedented growth in unregulated online gambling, according to a written statement.
