GERMANTOWN, Tenn. (WMC) - A Germantown man is behind bars on a $150,000 bond after he allegedly tried to solicit sex from kids at a park in Old Germantown.

John T. Appling Jr., 38, is charged with two counts of solicitation of child rape and two counts of solicitation of a minor to observe sexual conduct.
