The Surf Ballroom & Museum in September will unveil “Not Fade Away: The Immersive Surf Ballroom Experience ” – a permanent exhibit honoring the legacy of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and J.P. “The Big Bopper” Richardson in Clear Lake.
Opening festivities will be held Sept. 4 with a book signing and special preview. The full exhibit debut and ribbon cutting will be on Sunday, Sept. 7.
