CARROLL GARDENS — On Thursday, Aug. 7, CENTURY 21 Awaye Realty will host its “Summer Awakening” relaunch event, marking a new chapter for broker/owner Arlene Waye’s 38-year-old firm, which is the first flagship CENTURY 21 office in Downtown Brooklyn.

The block party styled event will serve as a family-friendly professional networking opportunity for luxury buyers, sellers, renters, investors, agents and contractors. Sponsorships generously provided by Citizens Bank, Height’s Abstract Ltd, and CM Law Group, PLLC.

Festivities kick off at 3:30 p.m. at 526 and 530 Court Street with remarks from CENTURY 21 Awaye Realty leadership and Michael Miedler, President and CEO of CENTURY 21 Real Estate LLC. A ribbon-cutting at 4 p.m. will be led by the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce.
